Completing the selection is Nicolò Governo all’Uso Toscano 2021, offered as a gift. The 2021 vintage was an excellent year for our territory, giving wines with remarkable balance, richness and aging potential.
Nicolò also offers something truly distinctive: it is made according to the traditional Governo all’Uso Toscano method. A portion of carefully selected Sangiovese grapes is dried and later added to the wine during a second fermentation. This ancient Tuscan technique gives Nicolò its characteristic roundness, softness and aromatic richness, while preserving the freshness and identity of the fruit.
